Our founding cohort is already bringing change into classrooms and communities across Indonesia one step at a time.
We aim to place 100 highly trained future leaders annually in under-resourced schools and communities – expanding access to quality education where it is needed most.
So that one day, every child receives a quality education, no matter where they are born or where they live.
We want every student to develop the knowledge, confidence, wellbeing, and sense of responsibility they need to shape their own future and contribute to their communities.
Children develop a love of learning, believe they can grow through effort, and to take an active role in their learning.
Classroom agreements, collaborative learning environment
Learning from where they are. We have assessed early literacy and numeracy levels, then adapt learning to meet students where they are.
Diagnostic assessment, differentiated learning
Students understand the social contexts that shape their lives and the lives of others, and reflect on how their choices impact their communities.
Collaborative learning, reflection time
Through everyday classroom experiences, students practice respecting diverse perspectives, and act with responsibility to contribute meaningfully toward shared goals and community wellbeing.
