Through a rigorous two-year teaching fellowship, Fellows are shaped by responsibility and lived experience at the frontlines of inequality — emerging with a deep understanding of Indonesia’s challenges. These experiences prepare Fellows to take on influential leadership roles across sectors after the Fellowship, carrying forward a lifelong commitment to equity and nation-building.

We believe every child across Indonesia deserves access to quality education. Here are some of the approaches we use to create meaningful, inclusive, and effective learning experiences for every student:
We put students at the heart of learning by understanding their needs, interests, and learning styles, then adapting teaching to help every student actively participate and grow.
We build classrooms where students feel safe, respected, and accountable. We use positive reinforcement and clear boundaries to help students understand their behavior and develop self-discipline.
We recognize that every classroom is different, and every student learns in their own way. We adapt our teaching to different needs, abilities, and learning styles so every child can participate, learn, and thrive in an inclusive learning environment.
We seek to understand students beyond their academic performance. By listening to their experiences, recognizing their circumstances, and responding with care, we create stronger relationships that make learning more meaningful.
