The Fellowship is a two-year, full-time, fully paid leadership development program where exceptional, mission-driven individuals build real leadership skills and create meaningful impact through teaching in under-resourced classrooms.
Through a rigorous two-year teaching fellowship, Fellows are shaped by responsibility and lived experience at the frontlines of inequality — emerging with a deep understanding of Indonesia’s challenges.
These experiences prepare Fellows to take on influential leadership roles across sectors after the Fellowship, carrying forward a lifelong commitment to equity and nation-building.
Teach First ID is part of the Teach For All global network across 64 countries, adapting proven models to Indonesia’s context. Through this shared global vision, our work expands opportunities for underprivileged children while shaping exceptional leaders for Indonesia’s future.
